Heritage Chicken Eggs

We collect eggs Saturday – Friday, wash on friday and have ready for pick up Saturday morning. You may order eggs and other listed items via our website for pick up at Haile Plantation Farmers Market, Alachua County – 441 market, Homestead Park in Williston (every 1st and 3rd Sunday) or if you cannot make it to market we can leave your pick up at the farmstand Monday -Friday (located at 10411 SW 138th st) for you to pick up at your convenience. The gates to the farmstand will be open for order pick up only on your desired pick up day (monday – friday) and close at 8pm. At this time the farmstand is only open for order pick ups. We will be expanding over time to regular hours and more options there in the future for a self serve store.

*please note the Farmstand is an open air structure in front of our garden, not the home next door.

Availability: Chickens are seasonal layers, and egg production slows with shortened days. Hot summer weather will also affect production. Spring through early Summer is our most productive season for all eggs. We will be updating inventory on mondays with estimated quantities. All egg orders entered Monday -Friday will be prepared for the following week’s pick up.
